*Shake well before each use*

   - Hold bottle 6-8 inches away from skin.
   - Spray evenly on all exposed skin (arms, legs, neck).  
   - Avoid face and sensitive areas (eyes, mouth).
   - Reapply every 2-4 hours as needed, especially after sweating or swimming.
   - Lightly spray on clothing for additional protection. (Optional)
   - For external use only.  
   - Keep out of reach of children and pets.  
   - If irritation occurs, discontinue use.  
   - Store in a cool, dark place.
